Return Process

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a tracking receipt for your records to monitor the shipment's progress.

  Processing & Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
